Welcome the 3VCEs
Today we are announcing a new program at 360voice.com. We will be creating a group of 360Voice Community Experts (abbreviated 3VCE) that have demonstrated exceptional participation on the site and in the forums. These people will be marked with a badge and have moderator rights over the entire forum. We will be looking to them to help us with new ideas, community efforts, and the daily policing and stimulating of the forums. The new 3VCEs (in alpha order) are:
Here is a general FAQ to help clear up some questions that might arise:
Q. What is the 3VCE program?
3VCE is a program to recognize our knowledgeable and active community members, for their contributions to the site and it’s community.
Q. Why did you guys create the 3CVE program?
As our site grows so does the community. For us the community is the most important part of the site, and as it stands we think we have a great one. We are very interested in growing size and keeping the same level of quality we enjoy today. We want to recognize the members that help make the community what it is.
Q. How do I become a 3VCE?
3VCE’s are chosen for their contributions to the community and knowledge of the site. You can not ask to be a 3VCE. If you are interested in becoming one, do your part on the site to be friendly, knowledgeable and grow the community. We realize there are lots of folks that do this on a daily basis, however there will be limited spots. If you are not recognized right away, remember the program will grow, and we do appreciate everyone!
Q. Who are the existing 3VCE’s?
Members are designated with a special badge on their 360voice blogs. You can view the full list here.
Q. Are 3VCE’s paid or employed by the site.
No… 3VCE’s are not paid and are under no obligation to do work of any type on the site. They are not employed by 360voice and do not represent the site in anyway. They are just recognized for their existing contributions to the site.
Q. Aren’t 3VCE’s just forum mods?
No, we consider members to be experts on our site, and are also a good source of information for all things 360voice. Yes they have moderation rights to the forum, but under no obligation to use them.
Q. How long does the 3VCE status last?
At this time there is no set time frame, although we reserve the right to remove members at anytime.
Q. What if I have additional questions, comments or complaints about the 3VCE program or a member?
